Behind the Business; our connection to our community...

Since opening its doors for business back in 1985, P.M.K Fabricators INC. has been associated with a high level of quality and professionalism. That’s largely because of our concerted effort to deepen the connections we have within the Bucks County community and to continuously improve the personalized services we provide.

Originally serving the needs of the U.S Steel Complex, P.M.K catered to the commercial needs of the businesses that have continued to flourish in the area.  From big to small, we've done it all.

Purchased in 1999 from original owners Tom Harper and John Flesh, by Randy Wagner; a former welder for PMK and  Boilermaker out of Local #13.  Randy elevated P.M.K from a small weld shop to a fully flushed out Fabrication center.  Though still small, with an experienced team, were able to tackle hundreds of large and small projects for nearly twenty years.

After a long run, P.M.K was purchased by former welder and son of Randy, Matthew A. Wagner in 2015.  Since, Matthew has continued to tradition of excellence and professionalism started by his father.

In addition to serving the KIPC Industrial Complex and its many businesses, P.M.K continues to serve the local communities of Morrisville, Levittown and Yardly Pennsylvania, in addition to the other local townships and nearby New Jersey Residents.
